Vote YES on HB2335 prohibiting the mandating of vaccination

Senator,

I urge you to support and vote YES on HB2335 prohibiting mandated or forced vaccination as well as prohibiting discrimination against those who decline to be vaccinated.

HB 2335 prohibits any vaccine mandates and prohibits discrimination and penalties against any person who declines vaccination or who declines to vaccinate his or her children.

Utah state legislature recently passed H.B. 308 that prohibits a governmental entity from requiring that an individual receive a vaccine for COVID-19. Utah’s bill shows that Oklahoma is not alone and there is a nationwide concern about vaccine mandates.

I appreciate that OK HB2335 goes even further to protect the citizens of Oklahoma and helps Oklahomans to make the decision that’s best for them and their family without fear of governmental repercussions and discrimination.
