Please support legislation that requires the review of presidential executive orders

State Congressman,

I urge you to support legislation that requires the review of presidential executive orders and prohibits implementation in the state of Oklahoma unconstitutional orders that restrict a person’s rights.

Does Oklahoma have any laws similar to what North Dakota is proposing in their HB 1164?

If not, then please propose and support legislation that does so.

North Dakota HB 1164 is an act to require the review of presidential executive orders and prohibits implementation in the state of unconstitutional orders that restricts a person’s rights.

Here is the text of the current version of the North Dakota bill
